"What a privilege it is to serve Bethel UCC and the wider Evansville community! I was fortunate to grow up at Bethel and now I'm "back home" in Indiana, serving one of the best resourced and strongest mission oriented churches I know. Our congregation is in transition as we move to call a new pastor. My role as Interim Pastor is to maintain and enhance what is, as the congregation prepares for what is to be. On the second Sunday of every month we will have a light coffee hour following worship to celebrate the birthdays that occur during the month. The hope is that each person whose birthday occurs will bring a coin for each year of their life. The coins can be any coin from pennies to silver dollars. These coins will be collected with the goal of providing an ark of animals through the Heifer Project.

Please join us to sing, "Happy Birthday," to eat a cupcake, to share a blessing, to enjoy one another's company. Everyone is welcome!
